I still don't see this issue with Jaunty amd64 (64bit) with openoffice.org 1:3.0.1-7ubuntu1 I installed both of the dictionaries you mentioned and loaded your document and then took a screenshot to show you. There are only a couple words highlighted as misspelled and I don't think those are due to the error we are discussing.
