SRU to Kinetic tested successfully:

Installed u-boot-sifive_2022.07+dfsg-1ubuntu4.1_riscv64.deb on Unmatched board.
* U-Boot's reset command succeeds
* Board boots
* clang -v succeeds
* Rebooting from Linux succeeds

Installed u-boot-qemu_2022.07+dfsg-1ubuntu4.1_all.deb, opensbi_1.1-1ubuntu0.22.10.1_all.deb and booted ubuntu-22.10-preinstalled-server-riscv64+unmatched.img
* The image boots
* clang -v succeeds
* Reboot from Linux succeeds
* U-Boot's reset command succeeds

Installed u-boot-microchip_2022.07+dfsg-1ubuntu4.1_riscv64.deb on PolarFire Icicle Kit.
