Installed u-boot-sifive_2022.01+dfsg-2ubuntu2.1_riscv64.deb on Unmatched board.
* U-Boot's reset command succeeds
* Board boots
* clang -v succeeds
* Rebooting from Linux succeeds

Installed u-boot-qemu_2022.01+dfsg-2ubuntu2.1_all.deb, opensbi_1.1-0ubuntu0.22.04.1_all.deb and booted ubuntu-22.04.1-preinstalled-server-riscv64+unmatched.img
* The image boots
* clang -v succeeds
* Reboot from Linux succeeds
* U-Boot's reset command succeeds
