Change log for pixelpost package in Ubuntu

pixelpost (1.7.1-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * Fix various lintian warnings:
      + debian/control: pixelpost depends on  ${misc:Depends}
      + debian/config: 'set -e' added to stop the script on any error
      + debian/patches: short description added for every patch
      + debian/watch file added 
      + remove embedded code by depending on libmarkdown-php, 
        libjs-prototype and libjs-scriptaculous
