  * d/tests/*: Run autopkgtest, other tests require removed pdb files,
    ignore for now
  * d/watch: Add dversionmangle
  * d/copyright: Use Files-Excluded: to remove pdb files due to unclear
    license, remove pdb license and update copyright years
