Currently in universe.

[Rationale]
This is a dependency of python-oslo.messaging which is required for OpenStack Mitaka.

[Security]
No security history.

[Quality Assurance]
Package works out of the box with no prompting. There are no major bugs in Ubuntu and there are no major bugs in Debian. Unit tests are not run during build but I've enabled them to run as autopkgtests in python-pika-pool_0.1.3-1ubuntu1.

[Dependencies]
(Mostly) all are in main. python3-pika is in universe, but its source python-pika is already in main

[Standards Compliance]
FHS and Debian Policy compliant.

[Maintenance]
Simple python package that the OpenStack Team will take care of.

[Background]
Provides connection pooling for python-pika.
