  * New upstream release that includes i.a.:
    - New enhanced OpenPGP interface (transferred from in-toto)
    - New file and directory abstraction
    - More signature schemes and hashing algorithms
    - Improved optional/recommended dependency handling

  * Update d/rules to run newly included upstream tests on build
  * Add d/patches to fix interpreter location issues in tests
  * Update d/rules
    - Add required build dependencies for newly included tests
    - Add recommended dependencies
    - Change section from devel to utils
    - Set "Rules-Requires-Root: no" for good practice
    - Bump Standards-Version
