Bug Description

Binary package hint: qsource-highlight

qsource-highlight fails to build from source in maverick pbuilder.

It should build-depends on libboost-regex-dev.

I dont know if I should update the Maintainer field because this package only exists in Ubuntu.

  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format.
  * Remove duplicate section field.
  * Bump debhelper version to >= 7.0.50~.
