  * Install D-Bus policy in /usr instead of /etc
    realmd installs the `org.freedesktop.realmd.conf` policy
    in `/etc/dbus-1`. Since Debian 9 the standard directory for
    package-installed D-Bus policies is `/usr/share/dbus-1`.
