  * Updated to release 0.2.5 which has been updated for QuantLib 0.3.13; 
    this required only some rather minor changes in the C++ sources

  * debian/control: Hence Build-Depends: updated to r-base-dev (>= 2.3.1)
  
  * debian/control: Standards-Version: increased to 3.7.2
