Hi Frank,

just wanted to give a separate note here as well, as it might be important
for packaging (you might have already noticed it though).

As you can see in the changelog, the vmconvert tool was completely removed.
Also vmur's option -c was removed to convert vmdumps. Instead zgetdump
gained full support for vmdumps and a conversion won't be necessary anymore.
Man pages were updated accordingly.
