One change for the test case:
You'll want to ensure that fruit:time machine = yes is configured on a test share. This will turn on Time Machine compatibility, which will by default enable durable handles and several other options that it would be good to exercise, even if the test client is not running macOS.
In that respect, it may be good to have a test share that has that enabled, and one configured as you have above without, so that the regression suite tests against fruit being enabled with and without all of the additional bells and whistles to enable Time Machine.
