* Makefile: Dropped build system. debian/rules and debhelper are enough.

(Uploaders): Added myself.
(Build-Depends-Indep): Moved debhelper to Build-Depends. Replaced tetex*

* debian/rules: Rewritten in parts. Now contains all stuff from the
