  * Moved to real dpatch mode, converted applied patches to dpatch form,
    - Added patch 00_previous_patches_transitions.dpatch

  * debian/rules: made it simple, readable and more clean
  * debian/control: minor cleanups, added ${misc:Depends}
  * Removed useless debian/dirs
  * debian/copyright: updated according to standard file
  * debian/README.Debian: updated according to standard file
  * Removed README from sitecopy.docs as it was useless
  * debian/watch: removed useless commented line
  * Removed sitecopy.manpages
