skrooge (2.32.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
    - add qtquickcontrols2-5-dev
  * Switch the transitional pkg-config build dependency to pkgconf.
  * Use QtWebEngine where available, dropping the support for QtWebKit (which
    was disabled by default upstream since 2.30.0):
    - add the qtwebengine5-dev build dependency on almost all the architectures
      in which it is available
    - drop the libqt5webkit5-dev build dependency
    - pass -DSKG_WEBKIT=OFF to cmake to explicitly disable QtWebKit
    - pass -DSKG_WEBENGINE=ON or OFF depending on whether QtWebEngine is
      available on the current architecture
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no changes required.
