I can confirm that my specific NVIDIA VDPAU bug is fixed on Bionic with snapd 2.37 in bionic-proposed.

The original bug was reported here: https://github.com/maxiberta/moonlight-snap/issues/1
and fixed here: https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/pull/6370

I don't know if that's sufficient for verification because there are many more fixes, but it certainly has my +1.
