  [ Debian Janitor ]
  * Remove listed license files (COPYING gr-osmosdr/COPYING) from copyright.
  * debian/watch: Use GitHub /tags rather than /releases page.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.1, no changes needed.
  * Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag.

  * Add -DCMAKE_BUILD_RPATH_USE_ORIGIN=ON to dh_auto_configure call to prevent
    RPATH from capturing the build path, making the build unreproducible
  * Add lintian overrides for custom-library-search-path on internal library

  * Update debian/copyright years for debian/* files
