strongswan (4.6.4-9) unstable; urgency=low


  * debian/control:
    - protect strongswan-ikev1 dependencies using linux-any since it's only
      available there.
    - switch strongswan package to arch:any because of that change. 
    - update standards version to 3.9.4. 
    - add build-dep on autotools-dev
  * debian/rules:
    - use autotools-dev addon to update config.{guess,sub}.
