      python-sugar3 (not python-sugar-* or python-sugar-toolkit-*), and
      have sugar-tools-* stop depend on python-sugar-*.
  * Fix stop mention sugar-control-panel or sugar-ui-check in long
    description of sugar-tools-*.
  * Avoid env in hash-bang of python script, as recommended by Python
    Policy.
