  * Refresh `d/p/upstream-flex-update.patch` patch to declare yylex
    (Closes: #1066636).
  * Update copyright tuples in `d/copyright`.
  * Rename libtiff5-dev to libtiff-dev in `d/control`.
  * Renomae pkg-config to pkgconf in `d/control`.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed.
