I still have this

  Failed to save link data /run/systemd/resolve/netif/2: Permission denied

problem on 21.10 when getting a dhcp lease. The netif directory:

  drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 40 nov. 24 2021 /run/systemd/resolve/netif
