@Raof, i have modified the patches,
only picked the necessary and drop the part of refactoring.
* drop these two commits,

* Dropped, Remove /dev/cpu/*/msr access for TCC
* part of refactoring and keep the required,
  Separate Adaptive engine and GDDV
