Comment 76 for bug 115153

I just saw https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=369620 --
that covers exactly what I asked for in Comment #42. I still
disagree on the current code's interpretation of "Order Received"
of a thread, but at least there's a workaround.
