    - add debian/patches/bz399589_fix_missing_symbol_with_new_nss.patch
    - update debian/patches/series
  * download attachments to /tmp as read-only to prevent data-loss
    (LP: #87101)
    - add debian/patches/bz280419_att_267284-readonly-download.patch
    - update debian/patches/series
