  * New upstream release.
  * Removed replaces and conflicts on tsock (upstream no longer uses modified
    version).
  * Dropped kubuntu_01_installfix.diff - applied upstream.
  * Removed rules to make Makefile.cvs and build-dep on automake1.9.
  * Added recommends on privoxy.
  * Added kubuntu_01_correcttorportdefaults.diff - point users to the correct
    tor ports of 9050 instead of 9051 on Debian-based systems.
  * Added comment about running TorK locally to control.
