Its a product hosted on Launchpad, as opposed to a source package in
Ubuntu. Many [ideally all] Ubuntu packages have them, configured with
the appropriate data about where the package is developed.
In this case the package is Ubuntu specific so one expects it would be
hosted on Launchpad :)
