In the attached branch, it is a caption (not part of the checkbox itself, but snuggled up right next to it). But I made it the same size font because that was the visual I was given. Olga, what's the story there?
As for checkboxes, apparently that is a hotly debated issue inside the UX team. I don't know the particulars.
