I just did a install of Lubuntu 20.04 (2020-04-22 ISO) where I used manual partitioning, and replaced a prior SDA3 install of focal (I'm guessing last performed before wallpapers were added) with the newer install.
I opted to not-format the partition, and the install looks great, however I was surprised by the 19.10 wallpaper there.
When I went into the edit desktop preferences (wallpaper image file), what shows there points to the correct 20.04 image (when filename copy/pasted & viewed in lximage-qt), but I didn't expect to see that image.
As I didn't format, my $HOME was left untouched, which would likely explain what I found, however I was surprised & remembered this bug.
