Only under the limited circumstance of a user copying nautilus.home.desktop to another location, typically to add quicklist entries. If the above mentioned line is left in the .desktop then they will get a 2nd icon when nautilus is opened
The 2nd icon will show as "Files"
This may happen with a small set of other .desktop's, have only seen it occur with gnome-terminal.desktop & then only when a quicklist entry opens a different terminal profile.
Again in this instance removing the line will keep all in the launcher icon
