Comment 3 for bug 1541971

Desired behaviour:

- Title of the Rating & review widget to be same size as the others (i.e.: “Info”, “Updates”) and sizes of stars must be x1.5 current size. Contact me for visual specs.
- Once user taps/clicks on the stars to give a rating, the "Add a review" input field will appear, right below, as part as the same widget / area. The ‘Send’ button will remain disabled until user taps/clicks on it to write a review.
- Once user starts typing, the button will change state to active and the rating and review can be submitted.
- OSK behaviour should remain as per current implementation.
- Rating and review display widget should remain as per current implementation.
