With repeated attempts I was able to get Feisty installed. There are two ALSA updates in Update Manager. When trying to install them I get the following error:

"E: /var/cache/apt/archives/alsa-base_1.0.13-3ubuntu1_all.deb: subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/alsa-utils_1.0.13-1ubuntu5_i386.deb: subprocess pre-installation script returned error exit status 1"

I've no idea what these errors are or what to do about them.
