well, you probably need to 'sudo apt-get install apport-retrace' and use 'sudo apport-retrace <usplash.crsh filename> . Now that I think about it, maybe you even have to edit /etc/sources.list and add a:
deb http://people.ubuntu.com/~pitti/ddebs feisty main
line in it. Sorry, I admit this is quite a complex command.
