  * Fixed libvrb.so symbolic link in -dev to point to libvrb.so.0.5.1

  * Converted the pseudo-header field 'Homepage:' into a real header
  * Changed source package name, so it's consistent with upstream
  * Cleaned up debian/rules, discarding useless comments
  * Upstream version in debian/rules is now determined from
    debian/changelog, removing redundancy from debian/rules (Closes: #483348)
  * Converted debian/copyright to UTF-8
  * Bumped Standards-Version to 3.8.0
