Note that once you install the package you will need to configure Wine to use the PulseAudio driver.

Select 'Configure Wine' from Applications menu.
Click the audio tab.
Select the PulseAudio Driver and deselect the one you are currently using.
Click apply.

Click Test Sound and if you hear a noise then you are in business!
