* Use a clean upstream sources tarball.
* Use quilt patch system.
* Bump standards version to 3.8.3.
* Remove Martin A. Godisch from uploaders field

* Allow Debian Maintainers upload.
* Use debhelper (>= 7).
* Add compat file.
* Add watch file.
* Add README.source file.
* Fix copyright-refers-to-symlink-license lintian tag.
* Fix hyphen-used-as-minus-sign lintian tag into man file.
* Remove debian/changelog.upstream and use patch to add it in the sources
* Use symlink `wmsun' into debian/menu than `wmSun' binary file name.
* Add #DEBHELPER# into postinst and postrm files.
