  * Team upload.
  * debian/patches/01_tcltk8.6.patch: Switch to Tcl/Tk 8.6 from 8.5 since
    the latter is to be removed from Debian.
  * debian/patches/01_tcltk8.6.patch: Added -DUSE_INTERP_RESULT definition
    to enable the respective struct field deprecated in Tcl 8.6.
    Closes: #887867
