Verified packages on kinetic/jammy-proposed.

Here is the test result:
A. ZCU102:
1. Upgrade xilinx-bootgen: both xilinx-bootgen and bootgen-xlnx get updated: Pass
2. Upgrade bootgen-xlnx: both xilinx-bootgen and bootgen-xlnx get updated: Pass
3. jammy: bootX.bin can be generated by new xilinx-bootgen and system can boot without any problem: Pass
4. kinetic: bootX.bin can be generated by new xilinx-bootgen and system can boot without any problem: Pass

B. VCK190:
1. jammy: bootX.bin can be generated by new xilinx-bootgen and system can boot without any problem: Pass
2. kinetic: bootX.bin can be generated by new xilinx-bootgen and system can boot without any problem: Pass
