I have the same sort of problem with breezy and dapper. I mapped the windows key to super, and i can use winkey+t to start a terminal and i can use winkey+1...4 to switch to desktop 1...4.

I can also set winkey+e to home folder, and winkey+l to lock screen.. but when I press the keys, nothing happens.
