Because I can interrupt it as soon as the fade-out finishes. Screen locking is not enabled here, I am just starting the screensaver, not locking the screen.
I don't care about it as I don't use 'gnome-screensaver-command -a', but maybe the developers (or an user who uses gnome-screensaver-command for some reason) see it as a bug.
