  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.2. No changes were needed.
  * Maintainer's mail has been changed.
  * Switch to dpkg-source 3.0 (quilt) format.
  * Build with -fpermissive. LP: #832827. (Closes: #624980). Thanks to
    Matthias Klose for providing a patch.
