* Use section System/Administration (not admin) in doc-base entry,
thanks to lintian.
* Update cdbs tweaks:
+ Major improvements to copyright-check, most importantly to only

+ Adjust dependency cleanup to strip cdbs 0.4.27 (not 0.4.27-1).
+ Update debian/README.cdbs-tweaks.
* Adjust wget options in upstream-tarball.mk to work with recent wget.

* Bump debhelper compatibility to level 6 (was 4).
* Semi-auto-update debian/control to apply above cdbs-related changes:
