hash table library for Emacs

 The missing hash table library for Emacs. Libraries like `s.el'
 (strings) and `dash.el' (lists) have shown how much nicer Emacs Lisp
 programming can be with good libraries. `ht.el' aims to similarly
 simplify working with hash tables.
