YubiHSM server daemon

 Provides a TCP based server allowing multiple processes to use a
 single YubiHSM in parallel.
 .
 To utilize the YubiHSM via the server instead of using it directly,
 pass yhsm://localhost:5348 as the device to python-pyhsm.
