libalog (0.5.2-2ubuntu4) artful; urgency=medium

  * Build for gnat-7.  Closes: #872290.
    - debian/rules: include change to autodetect the correct version of
      debian_packaging.mk to use; thanks to Nicolas Boulenguez
      <email address hidden>.
    - manually bump soname, dev package name.
    - debian/patches/fix-wrong-ldflags-handling.patch: use gnatmake instead
      of gprbuild; the latter doesn't handle LDFLAGS correctly for the static
      build.
