* Update to Unifont 10.0.06 release.

- Update debhelper line to: Build-Depends: debhelper (>= 10)
- Removed Build-Depends-Indep entries for libgd-gd2-perl and
libgd-gd2-noxpm-perl because they have been removed from Debian.
- Update Standards-Version to 4.1.0
* debian/copyright: added David Corbett.
* debian/source/include-binaries: removed this file, which contained
"debian/upstream-signing-key.pgp". Now the non-binary file
"debian/upstream/signing-key.asc" is being used instead, to reflect
a change introduced in Debian Policy 4.1.0.
