* debian/control: Build-depend on dpatch. Version dependency to >= 2.0.9
because we make use of dpatch-run.
* debian/rules: Add necessary dpatch magic.
* debian/rules: Make sure symlinks are removed as well when checking for
duplicate or obsolete manpages.
* debian/manpages-de.prune.in: Do not install any pages that still link to
the removed ctime(3).
* debian/manpages-de.prune: Update list of German manpages provided by
other packages from current Contents-i386 file.
