* QA upload.
* Migrations:

- Bumped Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
- Improved the long description.
* debian/patches/fix-manpage: renamed to 10_fix-manpage.patch.
* debian/README.Debian: added to teach how to create a TLS tunnel for

* debian/watch: bumped to version 4.
