* Many thanks to Adam Cécile, that wrote all the missing man pages, and
found several other glitches in the Debian packaging. You are great! This
finally closes: #279092. Of course, it also closes: #334686.
* Renamed airmon.sh script to airmon in the main Makefile, in the
final installation step.
* Mass-renaming of airmon.sh to airmon.sh in the README.html file.
* Added a couple of READMEs for the injection patches and the kismet.conf
generation by airmon, thanks again to Adam Cécile.
