Change logs for kbd source package in Dapper

kbd (1.12-13) unstable; urgency=low


  * debian/patches/fedora-kbd-1.12-alias.patch: there are some C aliasing 
    violations, and setfont misbehaves in 1.12-12 because it has been
    compiled with GCC 4 whereas prior versions were compiled with GCC 3.
