Change logs for cwiid source package in Disco

cwiid (0.6.00+svn201-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * QA upload.
  * Set maintainer to Debian QA Group. (see #810992)
  * Build with automake instead of automake1.11 (Closes: #865156)
  * Fix typo in the libcwiid-dev package description. (Closes: #658942)
  * Remove configure and ltmain.sh in the clean target to fix building
    twice in a row.
